Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know—answered in one place.

What is We.MigrationHub? +
We.MigrationHub is a migration and transformation platform that converts integration workflows, ETL pipelines and data processing jobs from one system to another—quickly, accurately and with full operational transparency.
What does Any-to-Any Migration mean? +
It means the platform can convert workflows between a wide range of systems, formats and platforms. You can migrate from legacy tools to modern iPaaS, between different integration platforms, or from hand-coded pipelines to visual pipelines—without rebuilding everything manually.
Does We.MigrationHub support roles, organizations and access control? +
Yes. The platform includes a full organization structure with role-based access control (RBAC). Teams can be grouped by organization, department, or project and each user sees only the pipelines, conversions and resources assigned to their role.
Can different users have different views of the converted pipelines? +
Absolutely. Views are tailored based on access level. Migration managers may see all conversions, while individual contributors see only their assigned workflows. This ensures security, clarity and controlled visibility.
What kind of dashboards or visual analytics are available? +
We.MigrationHub includes interactive dashboards that visualize migration activity across users, projects and organizations. Dashboards provide insights on conversion count, success vs failure rate, connector usage, workflow complexity, transformation time and more.
Can I track conversion metrics at user, organization and platform levels? +
Yes. Metrics are available at multiple levels:
User View: conversions, success rate, assigned tasks
Organization View: workload, pipeline volume, migration progress b
Platform View: usage patterns, total conversions, success/failure trends
These insights help leaders monitor performance and optimize processes.
Does the platform provide insights or suggestions on converted pipelines? +
Yes. Each converted pipeline includes transformation notes, optimization suggestions, improvement comments and potential risk areas to help teams fine-tune workflows before deployment.
What types of systems and platforms do you support? +
We support a large and continuously growing set of connectors across integration platforms, databases, APIs, file systems, cloud services and workflow engines. Supported platforms include SnapLogic, Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud, N8N, Datastage, Webmethods and others.
How does the platform handle complex transformations? +
The platform converts transformation logic such as mapping rules, expressions, joins, filters, validations and data flows, ensuring functional accuracy on the destination platform.
Can the tool migrate custom scripts or legacy ETL logic? +
Yes. The platform supports SQL transformations, scripting logic and older ETL workflow structures, converting them into ready-to-use components on the target platform.
Do I need to rebuild pipelines manually on the target platform? +
No. Converted pipelines are delivered in ready-to-import or ready-to-deploy formats that match the destination platform’s structure.
Does We.MigrationHub support deployment to downstream systems? +
Yes. You can deploy workflows directly to SFTP, REST APIs, cloud apps, or iPaaS environments using one-click deployment.
Is migration tracking and auditing available? +
Yes. The platform tracks every step: conversion history, logs, file previews, validation results and output artifacts. A complete audit trail is provided for governance and compliance.
What if my organization has proprietary or niche systems? +
The platform supports custom connectors. New connectors can be added to enable migration of proprietary systems without disrupting existing workflows.
How long does a typical migration take? +
Most conversions finish in minutes instead of weeks. Automated analysis, conversion and packaging drastically reduce timelines and overall cost.
